What are the benefits of registering?

Registering your battery activates the warranty that we provide for all our battery pens, letting us know it is officially in use.

We enjoy taking care of our customers, so in case anything goes wrong or it stops functioning properly, we offer a FREE replacement.

Where is my authentication code?

You can find the authentication code to register your battery in one of two places:

1. It is located at the bottom of the device, imprinted and in line with the bottom.
2. If it is not on the device itself it will be on a small warranty card (with a scratch-off section) inside the product packaging. Use a coin to scratch the silver off, and the code will be revealed to you.
3. If you cannot locate the code on your device and your packaging does not have a scratch off code, please email our support team at support@popvapor.com

At no point should you ever try to open up the device. We do not imprint authentication codes onto the actual battery power source inside the device. This is a safety hazard, and we never recommend exposing the internal components of your device or making alterations to it of any kind.

Is this a recent purchase from popvapor.com?

If you purchased your battery at popvapor.com and are having issues with the device 30 days of the delivery date. Send an email to support@popvapor.com immediately.

In your email. Explain the issue your battery is having include your order number. Once we verify. We will issue a replacement right away and send you a pre-paid shipping label to send the non-working battery back to us.

Registration only takes a few minutes so if your battery ever starts acting up, you can capitalize on your newly activated warranty and receive a FREE replacement.
