At Pop Vapor, our goal is to provide you with state of the art vape pens and accessories. If your product doesn’t live up to these expectations, we want to know. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase. We would like to offer you a 30 day money back guarantee for Pop Vapor purchase.

Fill out the form below for Pop Vapor purchases that are unopened, unused, and undamaged. After the form has been submitted, one of our team members will reach out via email. Once approved, you will receive an email with a prepaid shipping label to print out and use for shipping. Please return the item(s) using the prepaid shipping label provided.

Once approved* and the RMA package has been received, a refund for your original order will be issued to the original payment method.

Approval must be confirmed with and RMA prior to sending items in.

Pop Vapor reserves the right to reject any return based on its condition or non-compliance with our return policy. Pop Vapor is not responsible for products returned without an authorization form/RMA. Any product returned to Pop Vapor without paper authorization and RMA can be returned to the sender at their own cost within 7 business days of delivery to Pop Vapor. All return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. All shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not offer any return, refund, or exchanged on select items
